Some questions:

What exactly is a "portion of proceeds"? Percentage, please.

Are you a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization? I assume not since you say a "portion."

Where is the rest of the money going? A nonspecific "memorial fund" usually leads right into someones pocket, not supporting any particular cause.

What/who exactly is the beneficiary of this charity? What is the story behind Brianna?

Not trying to sound harsh, but I have a lot of experience in the charity world. This is one of the sketchiest events I have ever heard of.

Even if it's not for a charity - $30 for show and $40 for show + TNT is not a bad price.
