Well its that time again STL! Its the official spring meet, we had a small one last year and a huge one the previous year....Lets make this one the biggest yet!

Meeting Place: Forest Park in front of the "Worlds Fair Pavilion"
Date: Sunday, March 29th
Time: 1:00 O'clock
Items to Bring: Soda, Chips, Hot Dogs, Burgers etc...Everyone should bring 1 item!

Here are the event plans....
1. Meet up at forest park and get organized
2. find a spot in forest park to hang out and bbq
3. pictures inside of forest park near the boat house
4.hop onto to highway 44 and take a cruise through downtown st.louis
5. pictures at the arch

"UPDATED DETAILS"

If it does rain the plan is to maybe head over to the Science center, Art Museum etc.........If there is crappy weather, im sure we can find a place that is covered and BBQ still and hang out, it might be cold, lol but who cares cause everyone has been looking forward to this! THIS MEET WILL STILL HAPPEN UNLESS THERE IS SNOW THAT MAKES THE ROADS DANGEROUS TO DRIVE ON, RAIN OR COLD WONT STOP THIS!

Also for those that would like to meet up early, we are meeting at the JCpenny parking lot in West County mall from 11:30-12:00, then we will be heading to forest park to meet everyone else!

If anyone has any ideas feel free to post them up, we will need to have everything set in stone 2 weeks prior to this date, so hope to see all of you there!

Damn straight ill be there. I'm not missing this! The Balt will be fixed by the 29th, so this will be FTW. Now if only I can get my hands on that new camera.. then I'll be set.

 

Everyone should post up if they can make it or not! This gives people plenty of time to ask off 2 weeks in advance!

Lucky. I'm posting from my phone at work right now . And I just looked at the schedule and I have to work. Just asked someone t work for me because I'm working next Saturday for him.

I work till 4 on sundays, im not going to ask off, but I can try to get out early and show up late...

I dont have faith in the STL cobalt guys anymore, we wont have a turnout like the first ever again... and I havent seen hardly any of those guys since then...

I forgot about Mike! lol, thats how I met him, we got cut off at a light at that meet! We were stuck in the middle of the road for quite a while in traffic, lol.

 

I would like to come, I just don't know if I'll be home by the 29th. Supposed to be out of Iraq towards the end of March just don't have an official date yet. If I miss this one I'll try to come up and hit the next one.

^ All the s/c guys are going to go drive hard for a few min. then come back and pop the hoods, then we can cook on the blowers.

Mine is black though :/

 

Sweet... the ribs on the blower will give good grill marks. But downside is only can fit two burgers on each one.Hope there is a lot of SC guys
