hey!
so i own a 2006 LS 4 door Cobalt in Purple,
ive bought 18' msr low profile tires. a sound system-
kenwood deck, 2x 12' tma subs , exile amp.
and as of right now, i feel like im done w/
cosmetic things,( i know i need tint, and lowering )
and im moving on to performance, i want to be able to smoke my buddies at school.
and be like f*** u man, im driving a purple car but ill smoke you.
any advice on what i should do.
and im always going to have around $400 dollars here and there.

I hear ya man. I'm 18, working like 21 hours a week, getting paid almost $9 an hour and I'm broke too. :lol:

Just a little fyi, SC kits aren't even much. I'm still trying to save for the Hahn turbo kit, but I might just go SC.

We'll see how it plays out.

supercharger. $1,600 for everything. Install is simple enough to do yourself...no experience required.

no its not... just dont buy it all at once. The most expensive single piece is the supercharger..and they'll sell as cheap as $250, though $400 is the norm

i highlighted ur problems..1 the ls doesn't exactly help because of the fact of ->(refer to #3) ..2 ur gonna grow out of that i hope cause u shouldn't be hittin very high speeds with some better stuff on an ls ...3 u won't have nearly enough money to beat ur friends really unless they drive like vans and civics and such.. and by civics i mean like base models etc

oh, doesent mean i cant accumulate a greater amount of money over time ..
and whats it to you what speed im driving. and who says we are going to do it in populated areas
and my friends drive some civics, golfs, preludes, tacomas etc.
and i cant believe your from vancouver, otherwise
