I know this forum is sponsored by Tirerack, but I found tires offered locally at Discount Tire. They can do the installations whereas Tirerack is mail order for me.

Has anyone bought tires from Discount Tire?

How easy are they to deal with?

Do they have issues mounting tires onto alloy wheels - do they scratch the rim?
Do they generally use stick-on weights when appropriate?

I went to Belle Tire once and the service was just awful.

 

my experience with discount tire for wheels and tires over the past 6 years has always been outstanding....individual stores may vary but again, my experience has been A1 !

 

Discount Tire = Good. Belle Tire = Bad. In my experience.
