GM to recall ALL vehicles equipped with LSJ!!
About 35,000 Passenger Vehicles
Mar. 31 - General Motors Corp. said Friday it is recalling about 35,000 Passenger Vehicles worldwide to fix problems with LSJ equpped vehicles due to reliability issues pertaining to driveability.
The recall involves 2004-2006 models of the Chevrolet Cobalt SS and Saturn Ion Redline. GM said there have been 84 injuries, most of them minor scrapes and bumps, but no crashes or deaths linked to the problem.
The automaker had most recently recalled about 4 million 2000-2004 pickups worldwide in March 2004 because the tailgates could break without warning. The recall involved a broader range of vehicles, including the Chevrolet Silverado, GMC Sierra, Chevrolet Avalanche and Cadillac Escalade EXT trucks.
The timing of this recall could not come at a worse time for General Motors. General Motors is reportedly making deep cuts in its white-collar work force and is expected to press its largest union -- the United Auto Workers -- for concessions to help lower costs.
"We worked with (the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration) and agreed to do the recall to get this behind us," Adler said.
April Fools! :p

Damn it, I was hoping I'd get a new engine.
It makes some really loud tapping/knocking noise every now and again, sounds like my engines falling apart inside. Then I drive it a little, or rev it up a few times, and it smooths out and goes away completely!?!
I have no idea what it may be, believe me it doesn't sound good. Its also gone from just one tapping, to a whole chorus of them now.
Wish I had a audio clip, so you guys could hear. I'm putting off taking to the dealer, I know they'll pick at everything on my car. I guarantee they'd give me **** about warranty.
Good Joke, though too early.

tell her you're pregnant.....lol it works for me
LOL I like the styrafoam packing. The pregnant idea, however, I don't even think she would respond to that. I need something creative. Where can you get styrafoam packing? Especially large amounts of it.
