Picking up my CF hood today!!!

I got a call that my Carbon fiber hood came in today so I'm waiting to use a truck to go get it, I will post pics ASAP!!!

I believe ive heard him say it is OEM. And he bought it off of ebay or something.

Yeah I screwed with it for a while, but it's as good as it's going to get after all the stock hood didn't fit that well to begin with, they are cobalts afterall...

If you wanted to know a fix (I had fitment issues with my old cf hood) I put weather stripping on the top of the headlights, so when you close the hood it doesn't look bad at all.

Yeah the hood fits the same as the factory hood did, in a few shots I posted the hood wasn't all the way latched...

but even with my stock hood I had gaps up front, probably tomorrow I'm going to paint the tops of the headlight housings black so you wan't see ugly white shining through.

Hood looks badass. That's the one I'm getting. I'm also gonna make me some cf eyelids. I'll keep ya posted. LOL I've got so many projects going on right now

I thought about Cf eyelids but I'm thinking eventually I'm going to make the outer edges of the hood black and leave the center bulge CF... not sure yet have to save up more $$$$$$

I say get rid of them ******* eyelids and get some nice halo's and HID's and put them in ...I also like that hood but for some reason it doesn't suit that car very well..I wouldv'e got one with a scoop in it then it would bad ass
