i also got a small chrome tip tonight as well but it was too dark to take pics. ill post up another one tom. night . it completes the rear end. all i need now is a shorty antena

 

not a fan of the dual exhaust lip but love the cf trunk. those rims are sweet too.

 

Not a fan of the CF trunk. I think it looks silly because of the double tailights, but that is just my opinion.

Wow your cobalt sure is low with those 17's and the sportlines! Looks great. I don't really like the idea of exposed CF, so the trunk isn't my cup of tea.

 

why'd you get a cf trunk before side skirts?

 

It is starting to get hard for me to tell what model cobalts people have, lol. (I know its a base)

That thing is just a weird mix. But it looks good, will be great with sideskirts.

thanks R33P3R007 the dent is exactly why. it was esitamated around 400-450 to fix the trunk and repaint the spoiler cuz of paint stress. so i figured i might as well upgrade.

and side skirts will be this summer w/ first pay check to complete her. thanks for the comments guys

 

in terms of rice the cobalt just caught up with the cavalier, its a sad day in cobalt land

trunk looks good but the valence is hurting without a nice chrome tip........or tips if you wanna add rice to your list of mods.

 

I got ONE NICE SMALL CHROME TIP last night. Not a fan of the duals at all

so does that mean your rear valence is rice? Since the aftermarket one I got is the closest looking one to stock minus the dual exhaust tip outlets. Or just cuz urs is stock it isnt.

i think any modification other then performance someone is going to call rice. personally a clean ride to me is not rice but thats my opinion....

 

i hear ya on that. If it wasnt painted i could understand. but if flows well and completes the back if you ask me. and i too love the CF. thanks for the compliment if all works out i should be getting a CF hood from you this summer as well

 

i never meant to call your car rice. i was talking bout some of the freaks out there with the daul tips and one of em is fake, goes for balts and other brands i've seen. i really meant nothing offense about what i said it was intended as a joke.
