Houston/College Station Powdercoating

Hey guys, I've got a friend out of the College Station area who's been doing several different kinds of powdercoating for a while now and is interested in doing some for anybody who's interested. If you're interested in wheels/rims, he can't do that currently because he doesn't have an oven big enough, but if enough people are interested (I'm in line too already), he'll get one.

Here's a link to some examples from when he first started as well as a couple of recent ones at the end of the album on page 2:
http://www.facebook.com/album.php?ai...0866&ref=share

I'm going to go through him too if I can. Post up if you're interested in getting something powdercoated and I'll let him know.

Edit: He just joined CSS.net tonight, so he'll be on here after he gets activated if anybody has any questions!

I'd love to, but I can't this time. I'm finishing up getting ready for an all weekend bike ride fundraiser from Houston to Austin (MS150 is what they call it). I'm heading out from downtown Houston around 6AM, so I gotta get packed up and to bed early. Lots of pedaling ahead of me!

I'll definately meet you over there sometime though! It'd be great to meet up with you all again (*Movie preview voice* "This time, it's for real").

Sounds good. Will do. I'll be out of town for at least part of today, but if I'm back I'll let you know and head over.

hey yall, im the powder coater Stamina mentioned. i also took the picture thats in his sig. took a long time to get activated, but its good to be here!!

im having a bigger oven built at the moment. hopefully it'll be done in a week or two. inside dimensions are 30" wide 24" deep and 40" tall.

as far as me living in college station goes- my "shop" is in cypress so i would go there to do the work.

hey, i appreciate the offer. i don't do this as a full time job, so i can't have too much work! i will keep yall in mind though!

if it is completely disassembled (gaskets and rotors, etc ) are taken off, i can have it done in a day or two. it depends on how much cleaning and prep work is needed. if you could send me pictures, it would help me estimate it better. email is mustang6tee8 at hotmail dot com. say something like "supercharger powder coating" in the subject line please so i dont junk it.
