Perhaps there's not a UAW-built car that fits his wants/needs. Or perhaps he doesn't support union labor. Whatever the reason, it's his car and his money to spend on whatever it is that makes him happy.

yea i think im gonna try to slam it on sportlines, t1-r carbon intake,tanabe exhaust and some blue rims with chrome lip

Very nice car!! Honda is definitely the way to go! We just got a civic a few months ago. For an economy car I am so impressed with the quality! Once the cobalt is paid down a bit more I'm trading it in for an Accord...
