I have a quick question. This my be a dumb question but what makes us with our cobalt sc/tc's different from a ricer? I am not trying to be an ass this is a dead serious question. I have a cobalt ss sc I hope I am not looked at as a ricer when I am driving. What actually makes someone's car a ricer?
