So yeah, I don't know anything about anything and am wondering what size tires I can slap on my 06 Cobalt SS S/C

I see alot for sale on here that are 225/45 but I was under the impression that our stock tires were 215.. But i'm assuming that our rims can fit a few different sizes, so I'm trying to figure out what all can fit onto my rims..

I know its a vague but probably easy question, so any help would be greatly appreciated..
