So I ordered the Trifecta Tune recently from CIA and Beth got back to me right away. She had the answers to my questions and was amazing to work with, passing all of my info along to Vince to get my setup going. As for the tune, Vince does amazing work. I had a lean code that was tuned out so that I could get through emissions and in the past two weeks since the final tune was completed I have gone up almost 5 mpgs. Plus you can feel the difference big time.
