Trying to change my rear brake rotors on a 06 SS/SC. I have the caliper, bracket and those 2 lock washers on the lugs off but the damn rotor won’t budge. Isn’t the rotor just suppose to slide off or it there something I am missing? Is it just rust locking it on?

lol ya they get kinda semi bonded onto there u just gotta tap it a little and it'll come loose.

 

emphasise on little tap. don't go using all your might as you might dent to rotor causing warping. so light taps are your friend. if not just use your palms alternating from one side to the other.

 

If he's taking them off for new doesn't matter but yes at any rate it should be light cause you don't wanna screw up your studs either haha.
