So we are approaching closer to the big meet, and I thought since not everyone will be camping. Chad is a busy guy. Get a thread going were people can talk about which hotel they wanna stay at. Providing you all want to stay at the same hotel. Being I'm from Cowtown I would rather drive to Edmonton and stay in a nicer hotel, then stay at one in Nisku. Open for discussion.

 

Nice hotel is the Executive Royal Inn, which is on the overpass to the airport in Edmonton.

 

I've stayed in this one (if its the one right before the highway turn off) and its good I dunno how close it is to the track though... Depending on what the deal is for ppl after the event... I liked the camping trip last time it was fun.

either way I'll keep an eye on this thread about lodging.

 

hey james long time no hear. i guess there is a few people staying at the above for mentioned hotel. i'm probally end up there too. i will probally book a room in june or the end of the month.

 

after talking to Matt I hear theres a tent place and well If its cheap or free im totally down for dat... as it stands money is a bit tight so we'll see but yeah like I said that Executive Inn is a good place I was always impressed when my old company paid for the rooms there

 

Good hotel is the one at the River Cree Inn Casino. Easy to get to because you take the Anthony Henday (the west side) to Whitemud Drive and head west on the Whitemud and you can't miss it. Great service, and nice hotel.
