Perfect location for one. Right after flex pipe in the downpipe before the cat. Need a skillful welder to angle it correctly, but that's the best location.

$5 please.

Best Pic I can get w/ it sitting on the ground. I'm on H&R springs and live in the State w/ the worst roads and I don't hit.

You can see it is just above the bend in the downpipe. Hope this helps

Looks Catless and I really like that positioning, I had to position mine a tid bit lower, but it still doesn't have any clearance issues.

Not fair. You never specified so he should get paid.

Anyway, my position SHOULD work perfect. I won't know until I get my cutout though.

place it after the cat. unless you have enough mods to the point where you need to eliminate the converter, you are just screwing yourself out of low end tq and throwing a nice CEL.

I am contemplating placing one after my hi flow cat, and turning it slightly sideways to avoid clearance issues.

Here is mine. I couldnt get myself to cut into the vibrant dp so its at the beginning of the catback. And I dont have a resonator, thats why it fits there.

hahah you guys are so gonna hate me. but i actually found a way better option! its made by QTP and its an oval cutout and goes right on the bend of any 2.5 or 3inch exhaust tube

That's not exactly better. A cutout is meant for dumping the exhaust at the beginning of the exhaust for maximum power gain. Putting it anywhere after the cat most likely produces tiny if any gains, and mostly for sound.
