I pretty sure there's a few hex/alen bolts on the back of the motor. Least theres a few on my LSJ. I don't remember off the top of my head if there was on my SS/tc, if so you should be able to take one out and put a fitting in the hole that matches the threads, run a line from that to the sending unit. Thats what was done on my LSJ and it works. I'm sure there is more than that but, this was how I mounted mine. You'll have to check your motor to see if it's like that, cause like I said I don't remember if my turbo balt is the same. why exactly? oil pressure light comes on, turn the car off. simple as that. I think he just wantd a oil pressure gauge to see where the motor runs, there nothing wrong with knowing where the pressure is, its a good thing to know and keep an eye on besides. BLAZIN07SS 05-11-2009, 02:13 AM ZOMG my oil pressure went down 2psi! OneCOLDBIZL272 05-11-2009, 03:11 AM well in my case I want to keep an eye on every thing on my motor For it's built..... Really would like to have one for my setup. Thanks! Many members do this. There are 3 ports on the front and 3 ports on back back of the block. All accept this fitting: http://www.turbotechracing.com/productcart/pc/viewPrd.asp?idproduct=4918 You just need to choose one of the 6 posts. Pull the stock "plug" out of the block, thread in this Autometer fitting. Then you can run any standard "NPT" fitting off this fitting. |
