Yea, i have been looking for help on my 08 Ls xfe. I just graduated and im talking to my old tech teacher bc they have a i think 04 redline with the 2.2 sc and i wanted to get it off the car and put the sc in mine. I knwo id prolly have to change the ecu and engine harness out but what else would have to be transplanted for me to do it right so i aint got no running probs or a CEL on or any of that?

I'm currently supercharging a G5 XFE. There's nothing different from the normal G5/Cobalts to the XFE's except for the steelies and the tune. Good luck.

And BTW, you don't have a LAP, you have an L61.

lol what its only like a litle over a month old?? Uhmm but what ever ... Good luck with the build and i hope all go's well.. just a personal prefrence but i would go turbo... personaly tehres alot better gains to be had there and u can get a full kit for a pritty cheap price if u put it together ur self.. most expensive part is the turbo and manifold/// other than that get a ebay intercooler and some piping along with at tune and ur good to go.

i just say it cause the OP's question was answered near 2 months ago...no need for a bump to answer the same question if the OP doesnt need more clarification
