Do any of you have any thoughts on why all of the sudden I can't get either of my interceptors to display the IAT2 temp? I've had the gauges for over almost a year setup exactly the same way. Once I set them after I got them I've never messed with them again and when I looked up this evening it was showing 188* where the IAT2 temp normally was and I almost **** until I realized that it was showing coolant temp. So I played around with the gauge a bit and couldn't get it to show up so I decided I would try it on the other gauge and still nothing. There are only three things I can think of...

1. The Data port is toast (everything else reads OK so I don't think this is it)
2. The ECU is toast (I don't have any issues besides this so I doubt this is the case either)
3. The IAT2 sensor **** the bed (this is my #1 guess)

Has anyone else experienced this? Thanks in advance for your input!

Did you go through all of the options in the interceptor? I know it sounds dumb but you might have just skipped over it. If it's not there try unplugging your sensor and using compressed air to blow it off and clean it out . Hopefully that works for you.

 

Yea I checked it like 3 times. I'll have to check the sensor over the weekend. That's the only thing I can thing of...

believe me I thought the same thing. I was trying to think if I knew anyone nearby who had it. I might see if my buddy can scan it with a tech-II at the dealership

 

That might work. Have you tried to scan for codes even if its not a CEL?
