No I'd take $450 shipped though its heavy and requires some pretty decent packaging and no as stated its not new but then again maybe 2000ish miles still qualifies as new? ;)

I wouldn't exactly call this like new. Package was packed very nicely, and box arrived in great shape. This is definitely something that happened BEFORE it was sent out:

Nope that happened during transit (or after transit) its UPS insured for the purchase price I'll give you all the info for a claim that sure as hell didn't come off my car like that; the mods only had ~2000 miles on them and I sure as hell would have noticed that while bubble wrapping it before shipping. By the way why is THIS the first I'm hearing of this like if there was damage why am I just hearing about it now rather than via a PM for a claim?
