Ok so I currently have a black ss with a low rise wing. I planned on putting the high rise on it, even bought it and had it sitting in my trunk, but since everyone and their mom has that I sold it to someone else. Now I have the option of keepin what I have, maybe getting a carbon fiber trunk, or going to my dealer and switching trunks with a car on the lot. I'll put up a pic of my car....what do you think?

Oh and I vote low rise. If everyone around you has high. everyone up here has a base model with a low rise.

Also remember if I get a cf trunk I'd get a hood as well...only thing holding me back is $$$ and the fact that I'm going back and forth between that, and keeping the whole all black look going.

Carbon fiber on a black car doesn't look very good in my opinion. It sort of looks dirty from far away.

id stay with what u got and put ur money towards somethin else for ur car..wingless doesnt really flow right imo and the lo rise is unique in ur area so id keep that. I think the carbon fiber on black kinda takes away from the car when u look at it as a whole. just doesnt quite look right. :) car looks great

They are powdercoated. Ahhh totally leaning towards leaving it as is, or carbon fiber and perhaps painting it. Would that be dumb to do without getting a hood or should I get a hood too? I'm just worried about fitment issues.

Such a hard decision lol, they were $55 a wheel, and you don't have to worry about repainting them if you were to do it yourself.

Try going wingless for a bit first.. I think your car could pull it off pretty good.. Plus.. It costs you nothing to check it out. Who knows.. You might like it? But I do like your low rise g-stri.. i mean.. wing. :lol:

what a sick car, awsome looking man...But i say take the low-rise of and go wingless..so much more stealthy looking. Im taking my gay low rise off soon and going wingless. Everyone around me has a low or high rise so im deff going wingless.
