if you have the supporting mods for one it is on the upper eschelon of upgrades for our cars. i'm concidering doing it after i move up to 60's and more cooling mods.

Do not just go out and buy one without being able to tune for it and without having supporting mods....There is a thread about it. TVS Set-up will run someone a few grand. Easy.

 

yeah, like he said. you want supporting mods and i forgot to meantion a tune, but i think it goes without saying. if you don't have anything built towards it you may want to go for the hahn stage 5 instead.

So you have full bolt-ons/cooling mods?

Keep in mind with a crappy tune it can grenade your engine.

Edit-And to answer your question it is not a faulty blower. What's faulty are the users who just bolt it on without supporting mods and proper tuning. Boom.

 

i would go with it if you have an upgraded h/e, 60's or higher, cai, exhaust and maybe meth.

 

i got a tune, diamond pistons, upgraded valve springs, head studs, head gasket, cams, 2.9 pully, meth inj, full vibrant exhaust....maybe jus a front mount heat exchanger is all i need??..or more?

 

what size injectors? yeah def the h/e and maybe a dual pass end plate.

 

Get either the ZZP heat exchanger as it's the largest one available for our cars, or go with a cobra h/e and tune it. The tune you've got will not support the TVS. The CFM is greater on the TVS comapred to the M62 so whatever tune you've got won't work.
