spark plugs can range from $10-$30 http://www.cobalt-addiction.com/prod.../ignition.html

you will also need to either buy, rent, or borrow an s/c pulley puller tool. to buy is about $100, rent $50, borrow = free. the supercharger neds to be removed from the motor to do this. A shop can do this for you, but labor charges will vary.

The pulley system itself can range from $50-$100 depending on where you get it and what you want.

A 2.9" pulley will max out your stock injectors, but shouldn't see any problems. Over stock, I would ESTIMATE a gain of 15-40hp. Also to be considered is the possibility of belt slippage since the stock pulley is ~3.3". A new belt tensioner would be a possible solution, but a better one would be a smaller belt which is not really available right now.

I hope this answered your questions.
