The car is fine, it is in the shop getting the Spec 3+ and JBP control arm bushings installed. I want to be ready for the track on May 13th.

I'm really happy with the S1 kit. I haven't really got to drive it to much because the car went into the shop shortly after I got it installed. It was really worth the money though.

 

sweet..... do you feel you have to have the new clutch ? Maybe our situation is different in this regard because I have an 05 with less mileage on the clutch but mine feels prety strong...

 

I had 21,000 miles and the clutch held fine. I drove the **** out of it for the two days I had the S1 and 2.9 pulley installed and I never noticed it slipping or smelled burnt clutch. But I'm sure it would have only been a matter of time and I figured it would be less of a hassle to get the clutch replaced at a scheduled time rather than waiting for the car to break and then take it in.

 

well **** if you have the money than awesome... so you did run the 2.9 eh... i am wondering how close to lean the 2.9 will put us...

 

Hopefully soon I will be going to a dyno and I'll be able to tell ya. I want to check my afr's more than I care about what power it puts down.

 

yes i do also i am not worried about the power I am confident that a 2.9 pulley and stg 1 will get in the 13.5 - 13.7 range...

ngalaxytimmyo ran a 14.3 bone stock nothing at all added to the car....
