My car has been without the battery for 2 days. I think it will be ready this Thursday. When the battery cables are put in place, does the car need any kind of computer setup to follow.

My Montero had to do that for almost 10 minutes if not will go off until the computer resets.

Please explain the step if applicable. Thanks

 

If you think it is a issue,but I dont think so let it idle for a few minutes befor driving and then drive normal for a while.
There are thing that get erased but the computer will just reenter the data while you drive
and relearn your driving habits.

 

Everything went normal, radio stations that were saved were ok. Clock was reset.
