I hit a cat yesterday and it cracked the lower right corner of my radiator so now had a steady stream of coolant leaking out....which is all gone now...I would like to know how a cat does this...lol

 

well i can't say i've ever hit a cat but when i park in the garage my cat always walks on the hood and the top and gets paw prints all over it.

 

I would rather have the paw prints on my hood...lol

the shop i have the car in now say its the heat exchaney ger that got messed up and leaked the coolant but im not really sure on that so they are gonna check it out again to make sure...they ordered another heat exchanger too...if its not that im gonna be highly pissed off...lol

Just got my car back today from hitting a damn beaver and the total was $2800 dollars! Took out the front bumper,lip,ac coil,intercooler,radiator,fan assembly and took almost two weeks to find all the parts! The intercooler or aux radiator was the hard part to find. The cooling section of the Cobalt is not very protected against impacts.
