Ok, I am sooo tired of receiving emails from Zooomer at ZZP. This is ridiculous to say the least. I am copying/pasting his last email to me. You think they will EVER get/want my business again????

As promised, another update.

1. The daily driven 2.4 has made more than 10 passes and has not broken.

2. It just ran 11's and is the first to do so. LNF, LSJ or LE5. We have the 2.4 lead by over a 1.5 seconds. Car has 3 mods. Turbo kit, valve springs, catback.

Still think the lead is going to be short lived? Still think you 'got something for us'? Still think Hahn is doing anything even close to what we are?

And if Hahn is so knowledgable and skilled and been around so long, how did we absolutely destroy anything they have ever done in just a couple months?
-BTW, our car runs, drives and idles perfect. It's like stock til you get under boost. Don't think many hahn owners can say that.

Oh, and by the way it looks like Zooomer is really proud of himself for this part. I guess it was quite an achievment for him to supposudely build a car that runs for more than a couple days.

The funny thing about this statement that has me curious is how do you think it runs under boost??? He says stock til under boost so is that when it starts knocking like no other??? LOL

I've found in general that a good business man doesn't have to bash others products in an attempt to sell their own. If what they sell is so good it'll sell itself.

and while he is being dickish about this .. he's very right.. hahn didnt even make the 2.4 kit or 2.2 kit.. it was a garrett kit they tuned and did some fueling things for ... Hahn is great at what they do .. and they've done alot of work on this motor for the solstice and sky but didnt go for the gusto on the cobalt because they've already been there..

and also his comments about the tuning are pretty sound.. as well..

but again theres no reason to be a douche about it

 

They also failed to mention that bill's been dealing with a very ill father, and that his father passed away recently. there hasn't been much racing for them lately.

No reason to be all up a customers but to prove your point...

There should be some cockiness to get your product sold, but not going to the extent of pming members something they arent concerned with. You only take it so far.

Sure they may be somewhat decent at what they do but even then I would beg to differ after talking to MANY MANY members who have had nothing but problems with them but my main point here is WHY does he feel the need to PM me this bullshit??? This is only one of MANY PM's he has sent. Im just sick of the bullshit now. Hence the reason that HAHN and OTTP are my vendors of choice NOW.

zoomer needs to be boosted.. and let matt M and ryan take care of everything they're MUCH better customer service reps then zoomer

 

No, I did not sign up for the mailing list. I personally think they are done. A company like them will not be around for many more months/years to come the way they conduct themselves. Just take a look around even this forum at how they talk down upon NUMEROUS members here and then show me a SINGLE negative post from any other vendor slamming anyone on here. Its quite humorous to say the least.

Matt M doesnt bother me... I think he only does it because zooomer will probably yell and scream at him and tell him hes stupid if he doesnt.

They are the only vendor who, when disagreed with, will actually get hostile and throw names around like 75% of the nubs who join.

yes I will agree and I do have some experience with a buddy who was having problems with a pcm ordered from zzp, but I love the fact that the push these cars so far. I am sure as hell not going to be the guinea pig and find out the chain of broke parts thrashing it down the track so let it be them. They do make some real quality parts with pretty affordable prices and really aside from maybe OTT these guys consistantly come out with new stuff.
