Too bad the ecu will eventually figure out what u did and turn the power down

you talkin about the exhaust and K&N?

Ya, anything you put on it. How long ago did u add these?

Yes, our cars have a "learn down" feature that eventually will put the horsepower back to stock levels.

Either way, great numbers! Especially on a Mustang Dyno.

the filter has been a while
and the exhaust a while ago too... i havent had the car a year.

What does "with WCF" mean?

NM weather correction factor.... Those are some hearty figures for a mustang dyno, you gonna tune it soon???

i thought mustang dyos always rated cars higher then the actual #s are? and idk i have been thinking about it soon.

Nice numbers. Even if it was 256whp and 262wtq those are still great numbers for a mustang dyno. I was told that the mustang dyno actually dynos the lowest out of all dynos. I could have been misinformed!

Well when I had my 69 Firebird dynoed it was on a mustang and the guys told me the mustang reads lower then dyno jet. Just FYI

yes that would be helpful. lol.

doesn't the stock ECU raise/lower boost to maintain the stock numbers at all weather conditions? If that's the case then the WCF corrected numbers wouldn't be correct.

i found a thread on it on ls1tech.com
idk if i can post that or not

then why did they get so high, and it was kinda warm out.

What are your track times?

Hockeyman

The uncorrected numbers are spot on, the corrected numbers would be at a lower temp and at sea level i'm assuming...in which case the ECU would lower boost to maintain the stock numbers.

What are your track times?

its my fisrt stick and i havent had it a year.
my best 1/8 is 9.3
i have seen stock TCs do 8.9s

Ok, I am not familiar with good 1/8th mile times, but just curious. Not gonna lie, those numbers are way high, its most likely the other number, but either way, not bad at all!

yea thats why i posted the curves and the outcome. i was very suprised at the numbers.
anyone else think they may be off?

i am starting to think they put down the wrong weight maybe?

yeah those are a bit off, I am tuned and I only make 4 more WHP than what your dyno says.

His uncorrected numbers are his real numbers

Mustang dynos read 10-15% lower than Dynojets. Dyno Dynamics read a tad lower than Mustang Dynos. BUT***- all dynos(at least the ones Ive seen) can be manipulated to read higher/lower based on its settings.

+1 Thats why Dyno Dynamics is referred to is the heartbreaker dyno. Mustang Dyno's are not far off though any dyno that simulates actual load is going to be decent. They are just tools and without a baseline run its hard to say if the gains are good. At the end of the day its how the car feels to you and just back it with track times.

nice #s mustang dynos FTMFL. always the lowest #s. different kind of dyno. google mustang dyno dynojet.

http://g35driver.com/forums/engine-drivetrain-forced-induction/26743-mustang-vs-dynojet-good-read.html

dynojet better, dynapack best (imo)

assuming you had the right TCF, your #s are great bro.
