I know the pursuit GT is mechanically the same as the 2.4 SS, but i have a question about the suspensions. I heard there is 3 or so suspension set up's for the cobalt, the best being for the cobalt SS 2.0/SC im assuming. Are the different suspension set up's built the same and just have different springs and shocks or are they designed different?

i also heard that the Pursuit GT has the exact suspension set up as the SS

and also are the SS 2.4 and SS 2.0/SC suspension's the same?

Pursuit GT has FE3 suspension which is shared by the 2.4L SS (ION redline too) S/C SS has FE5

 

Thats easily fixed

 

the pursuit is coming out this fall in america. called the G5

 

Its rumerd to have an independint rear suspension.

But time will tell. if it dose Im going to find one in a bone yard and buy it later.

the pursuit has the same suspention set up as the cobalt. considering i have a cobalt lowering kit for my pursuit because they don't have anything out for the pursuit yet. little do they no, these cars are modular hahahahA!

 

If I order anything for my car I just call it ss/na,I call it this anyways most of the time because no one seems to know what a g5 gt pursuit is anyways
