View Full Version : Gravana takes forever to ship stuff

so i ordered a new intake from then last saturdayfrom Gravana Tuning, on monday i got something that said it had been processed and shipped within 24hrs, i looked at my status 2day and it says that shippin is still pending when it was supposed to be here by 2day and its still not shipped which means it probably wont b here til monday then, it says right under the product description that it will be shipped within 2-3 business days, 2day would b the 4th business day..... and i just called them to see wats goin on and all the can get is a voicemail stayin there phones r bein worked on :cussing:

thats how gravana is. took my friend to get her springs for her SS/TC a month to get to her.

They almost went under. and they are fixing phones.

their voicemail is still full which means they nvr check it and they dont answer emails either and the only way to cancel an order is to talk to someone directly which is impossible

You have to email or PM them, that is the only way I was able to get through. Luckily I'm not TOO far from their shop and could have gone up there in person if I wanted to.

should of researched, i havent seen gravana post on here in a whle, there are a lot of active vendors that sell intakes, why buy from gravana? and im sure gravana's prices arent cheap either compared to the other vendors

i only picked them b/c they were $30 cheaper then everyone else at the time and i figured they could b trusted since they hav to b a legit vendor to b advertised on here

yea but no one answers u get their voicemail every single time and if u read through the website its not a toll-free number so it cost money every time u call

Sorry for the delay with your order, the intake has been on back order. It should be shipping out tomorrow!

As far as Gravana being "about to go under," I would like to know where you got your information, as we were not, and are not, going under.

I was out of the office June 8 - July 30, and we were therefore understaffed trying to handle orders.

what 90% of these companys on here do is take your order then they order it and when they get it then they send it to you. So what most of these companys do is use your money to order it for them selves and jack the price up and sell it to you. most of them are just middle men..Hell i can do this sell you a cai for more than i can get it for than as soon as i get you r money and order the part il send it to you once i get it .why do you all think it takes so long to get your shit ? just find out were they are getting these parts at and order from them,save some money.

I'm sorry you feel like that is all that the companies on this forum do. The truth of the matter is that we provide a service and many of the manufacturers of certain products do not resell to consumers, they only sell wholesale. So while you may not like what we do, we are necessary. It is also just a little bit more complicated than how you described it.

And we do stock products, and if we do not have the product in stock we pay to have it drop-shipped directly to the customer (not to us, then to the customer). This particular intake has just been on back order from our supplier.

I have never had a problem with Gravana, and im on the east coast. I always get my packages exactly a week after i order them.

Gravana is a good company multiple ppl from the company got ahold of me and explained wat was goin on that my item was back ordered and some of their staff was on vacation so orders got slowed alil, but my intake should b here 2day or 2moro according to them so i'm fine with it since it'll be here b4 i hit the track this month

I understand, no problem man! We are trying to hop back on this forum more now.

I have never had a problem with Gravana, and im on the east coast. I always get my packages exactly a week after i order them.

This is our usual ship time, and what we shoot for ;).

Gravana is a good company multiple ppl from the company got ahold of me and explained wat was goin on that my item was back ordered and some of their staff was on vacation so orders got slowed alil, but my intake should b here 2day or 2moro according to them so i'm fine with it since it'll be here b4 i hit the track this month

That was me on vacation slowing things down, sorry everyone lol.

I'm still trying to grab tracking from the supplier we had your intake shipped from, I'll send it to you via email when we have it!

Did you use your credit card or paypal? You can submit a claim thru them if you did. From now on, you should go to Turbo Tech Racing. They're the best vendor on this site!
