Like a hum/whine, very weird only happens between 75 and 80 MPH. Any idea what it could be??

u running on stock tires?

i had the same problem and it turned out to be a bad wheel bearing

^^ yup, if it's making a hum noise then it's most likely a bearing.

on my grand am it ended up being my HUB

our cars bearings are built into the hub..........so the whole hub needs to be replaced..........thats covered under warranty

no toyo proxies, brand new only like 4 weeks old. But it only does it at those speeds....thats the wheel bearing? How much to fix?

im running toyo proxies 4 so thats def not the problem those tires are amazing

ya its gotta be a wheel bearing..........but with that the whole hub needs to be replace........its easy to do, but the part runs around 200 i believe.....u still under 3yr/36,000?

I'd call your local mom and pop shop. See what they diagnose and quote you for the fix.

My local shop lets me bring in the product I buy and they put it on for me :)

Save me $ and all they charge me for is labor!

ya Ive known my mechanic for years they let me do this as well. Just dont have the time to go down in the next few weeks haha, thats why I ask on here

its not gonna hurt anything but not fixing it.........you could always try re-lubing it

the same grease you would use to lube an axle.......just take a ride to pep boys or autozone and ask them
