Hey guys! I never imagined myself making a thread like this, but I need some advice. I've been looking around for MONTHS now, trying to find that "perfect" rim for my silver '06 Chevy Cobalt SS 2.4L. I've realized, there aren't too many amazing rims in the 5x110 bolt pattern.

I was really going for the silver/black color scheme, with my black projectors and niteshade tinted tails. I was mainly looking for a nice 5 spoke black rim, with chrome lip. I've tried buying the Motegi SP5s from multiple sellers, none of them can get them in stock. Thought about the MSR 045s with polished lip as well, but talked to Jason and he's not sure when he'll get them again. I can't decide if they're for me or not.

One seller that couldn't get me the SP5's is offering me these rims for a great price. They're Verde Protocols. Though they don't fit my "black rim" qualification, they're starting to grow on me!




Anyone here seen them on a Cobalt? Anyone familiar with the brand at all? Would it look good on my Silver Balt? If someone has any pics on a Cobalt, I would love to see them. I can't find any actual pics of these rims on a car.

So if you could, tell me what you think about the Verdes, and please recommend any 5 spoke black rim with a polished lip. I'd really appreciate it, this hunt for wheels is getting very frustrating.
