I have one that's painted Imperial Blue. I had it re-shaped to fix rock chips when I purchased it. $450 and it's yours. I'm also less then a hour drive from you, we could meet in Flint and yes, the hood will fit in your Balt. You should be able to have it re-painted for $200.
