Went to the Track (In Car Video)

So I built an in car camera using pvc tubing. Went to the track on Saturday and ran a 13.6 @ 106. My car is tuned via HP Tuners, otherwise stock (Full interior, stock tires, half tank of gas).

I think my next mod will have to be a nice set of radials as my 60ft times were lacking.

Enjoy!

Damn nice videos. I liked being able to watch the tree. I would have liked to hear the T/C without the music tho, but very nice job!

thank god for that link! Music sucks. At least turn the volume down a lil when you add the music.

Awesome setup. Not a big fan of the music, but I think it blends well with the video, especially last run, it ended almost where it needed to. Which run was was your fastest?

My car is tuned. When I was running stock, I could without shifting into fourth, but now I have to. I tried staying in third on the first run, but I hit the limiter prior to crossing the line.

IF you are just about to cross the line and your going to hit rev limiter dont shitft. you are loosing time. no matter how fast you shift. just stay in third. you need to roll of the clutch alittle more. I went to Epping a while back but my Tc is bone stock and i was getting a 2.2 60ft. Where did you get your car tuned

As I mentioned before, on my first run I stayed in third and I hit the limiter way before I crossed the line. My time for that run was a 14.0 or so, so shifting into 4th is definatly needed.

The stock ss/tc's run quicker with a higher trap speed when shifting into 4th at the end

That prolly why i only went 14.2 @102 best.... well that and i only had 800 miles on my car . I'll try shifting next time i go cause it was super close to hitting the limiter. I hadn't ever tried launching the car before that first time at the track lol, i wanted to practice more but didn't want to beat on it with such low mileage . I 60' a 2.2 best but most were in the 2.4 range

If it is way before then i understand you. I red lighted a 13.9 i could of rolled off the clutch harder. I stayed in 3rd the whole time. I am also stock so you will accel alot faster than me.
