Unhappy major timing emergency

alright so today i went 2.8
and everything ran beautifully.
my afrs before putting on the pulley with stock 3.34 on was at like 10.7-11's
after i put it on, they were 11.5s at wot.
it ran great.
then we stopped. and launched it pretty hard.
somehow the tensioner gave way, literally cracked, and then made its way to the alternator.
which then burnt up the entire stage 2 belt when that tensioner pushed the belt into the one connect to the alternator.

i desperately need another tensioner, and stage two belt.
i HAVE to make it to dallas on weds.
1 to pick up my body kit, get my retune with vince before he goes on vacation for a week and a half, and to help my parents out with some family matters.
obviously will be willing to pay for the shipping and parts. will need overnight shipping.
i'm a college student so i don't have a million dollars, so please pm me and let me know what we can work out.

has nothing to do with the pulley size.
has to do with a faulty tensioner

thanks for the links man, i saw that stg 2 belt too. but 50 bucks is way too much. can get a new one shipped overnighted for 10 bucks more through a friend that works at gm.
now the tensioner is not an easy find...kind of backordered in most places.

Call a GM dealership.

Give them the part number... When they say they dont have it, but can order it.. say..

"No, can you please give me a list of other dealers in the united states who have this in inventory."

They HAVE to do this.. and they can.. if they say they cant, tell them they are lieing, and call another dealership (call a maroone or something like that, something big).

Get the phone number, and call that parts department... Ask them to ship overnight and they will (probably wont be cheap)

i have.
trust me my friend that works for gm gave me the part number.
the only places that has it is canada, and somehow parts never seem to get received. he looked it up in the database.
there was one place in san antonio that had it, but it was for a customer.
either way part is 200+

awesome.
if any one can make phone calls and speedy up the process for me i'd greatly appreciate it.
i haz cash in my bank account, and will pay for the part+overnight.
NEEDS to be sent before....2 pm today though.

my number is at the 2nd post.
i'll be answering my phone.
still working hard to get this rolling.
i can fix the problem in like 25 mins. just gotta get the spring part, insert 2 bolts back in. take one rib off the new stg 2 belt, push down on tensioner and place that bitch in place, and i'm off to dallas to get my front bumper, and tune, and well...the rest hmm i'll worry about that with the fam :p

if anyone has a STAGE 2 belt at this point, i've got ahold of a salvage yard in pasadena, tx that will give me the assembly for the tensioner for 50 bucks.
its a 3 hour drive so hopefully i can find someone to help.
the stage 2 belt will need to be overnight before 2 pm today.
i haz money. lemme know guys!!! tysm

also going to get gm to overnight the stage 2 belt.
thank you everyone for all your help.
especially scott, steven, angel, juan and anyone

sorta i mean both our belts ripped to shreds.

his pulley somehow rubbed on the top of the actual tensioner spring part and rubbed away threads so, and since he didn't actually have the pulley bearing down tight, it moved over and off the actual pulley and that is what shredded it. one of those, happens over a long time kind of thing,

mine was the actual housing of the tensioner giving out.
his was fixable..i needed a complete replacement. my tensioner spring aparently was just a ghetto ass defect. lmao.
luckily i just got another thanks to my boy angel from gmofhouston!
