so today i was backing up in reverse and gave it a little gas and where our gas milage and tire pressure is it beeped and said engine power reduced. i drove off and had noooooo power at allllllll wtf. i turned off the car and started it back up. the signaL came up again but the car felt like it had the power from before. got home, restarted it again and no signal came on. im worried, is this limp mode, and will my car be ok.

its not a check engine light its in the dic area with the tire pressure and instant gas milage it come up and says REDUCE ENGINE POWER then in my rpd my fuel pressure drops to 72 psi when im supossed to be running like 600 more at normal idle. the car hass noooooo power. onstar said im not getting any fuel to my fuel rail do to low voltage on the fuel pressure regulator solenoide......... so he said there is a loose wire. i asked him if it was my check engine light and he said noo that i have a check engine light do to not haveing a cat. soooo the wire is loose. reduce engine power comes on when it wants to or when ever its reading low voltage.

so went to my techs shop to install my hks bov and i asked him about the reduce engine power, so we went on the fourms and red this post and for sure he was right the yellow and purple wires were chafed on a black bracket and were cut open, so we protected the wires and tapped them up. i earlier i did apologize and sorry again you were right lol

Shouldn't you have a warrenty for stuff like this?..........................When I have a problem, I go to my dealer. They have to PROVE that your modifications cause your problem in order to void your warrenty. They fix most of my problems.
