Has anyone put on the 2.4L intake manifold and throttle body on a 2.2L engine and has gotten any codes without a tune?

What yea were these car's becuz my car is a 06', they told me that i have to make sure that my connection for the throttle body is the same as the 2.4L throttle body? Does this throttle body i ordered have an 8 pin plug???? LOL. I got my throttle body by the way and it fit perfect. 05-07 2.4 throttle bodies are 8 pin. 08-present 2.4 throttle bodies are 6 pin.
