i have a 2.8 on there and that wasent at wot ill get one going full throttle today . but yea i just have a 2.8 and intake. no ported sc yet or nothing. and my meth kit is not instelled yet not like that makes a diff just saying tho lol

 

meth makes a huge difference...
ported blowers re great and you should plug the silencer holes cause it will scream.

what does that do to the blower itself in terms of durability and performance

 

filling the silencer holes just does that. it blocks them and makes the blower scream. eaton put them in to quiet the blower down
its def worth doing, there are how toos all over this site its simple just use the right material

yEA meth goes installed next week i hope then later on getting tb and sc ported and maybe after xmas ported head and mayb a 2.7 but for now gonna add meth and tune and then get the flow thru opt b tank and b set for a lil while. got a hatch with a b20 vtec wanting to run me from the shop where we are swapping our 91 civic ef with a ls vtec and he is all gutted running 12.8s -13.1s on slicks so on street tires 13s and with my intake now and meth and good tune i should be able to give him a good run since i was running mid 13s with no meth or intake and canned tune so we will see

 

damn your gonna five him a good run. tuned for meth youll gain a few hp but youll be able to pull harder for longer... thats what will help you out

 

Dont fill the holes. If something goes wrong your supercharger is garbage. So many people on this forum thought it would be awesome to fill them. They fucked up and/or the people that did it for them fucked up and the parts they used to fill the hole went right through the blower and fucked it up. Yea it does sound louder but is it really worth the risk? I think not.

 

thats why you have to use the correct filling material... and it doesnt go up the blower inless you did something wrong the worst it does is fall dont and land in a laminova core

 

if you do it right there should be no harm in it
true true...do it right...take ur time and let it cure...and there should be problem, i have had ine filled for almost 3 months now, took the blower apart 2 weeks ago, everything looked good

 

yea idk im i will fill them up or no yet we will see
