when I got the 2.4ss. I was torn between black, blue and orange. I ended up deciding on orange, because I rememberd seeing way to many black and blue cobalts, cavaliers, pursuits and sunfires around here (Halifax metro area).

Well since I've gotten the car, I think I have contracted some disease that makes me only see orange cobalts, I see them everywhere.

My gf really wanted me to get black, and she was laughing at me when I pulled into get my car washed the other day, because there was an orange LS cobalt in the bay right next to us.....

oh well, I guess that means I'm gunna have to start customising sooner than expected :P

I got black on my 2.4. Still my favorite color but it is just to much up keep to make it look nice. Shows every little mark.

I fell on love with the orange and plan on getting that color when I switch to the 2.0.

 

I know how you feel about Orange bro.... I love mine, most definately - And it helps having one of the only 2 cobalt SS/Sc's in the country. The other's color is silver.

 

that sucks... but jsut make yours stand out fromt he rest!

 

The worst in that, is that the majority of the poeple doesn't make the difference between an SS, LS or whatever, same color same cars for them
Thats why everybody who don't care drives Accent, Civic or Echo
Many of my co-workers, friends & family members got this problem
They think that my SS/SC cost something like $14,999 CAD

yeah! I get the same ****, they think like my car costs like 14,000 because they see those damn commercials.. twits..

 

I know exactly how u feel. Last year when i bought my Yellow LS, i thought i had the only yellow cobalt in halifax...sure enough i see them all the time. To be honest with u, from what i heard from the dealers in Hali, Oregans/forbes, i did have the first Yellow one. I always see yellow SS's around now tho. One with the Carbon Fiber hood looks nice.

 

So far I think I'm the only one in Moncton with a 2006 Orange Cobalt SS/SC. I've seen a few LS or LTs in orange but thats it.
