Does anyone have issues with the Injen CAI vibrating noticeably when in Reverse? I know it's kind of random but its starting to get annoying.

I had problems with it vibrating but all the time. From what I could tell there were 2 spots...the hole it goes into, and also on the front of the car by the first bend of the piping. Is that what you were asking?

Yeah. I have rub marks on the rubber coupler closest to the throttle body. But I don't think its coming from that. The hole where the cold aie goes into might be causing it. Does anyone know of anything such as rubber lining that will seal the ends of the hole so that the intake doesn't vibrate on it when it flexes?

I had some rubber type molding that I used...let me see if I can find the thread I posted a while back.
