What codes should normally be disabled when tuning for a highly modified cobalt?

I have a MAF only tune that I'm working on now and the engine keeps reducing power or totally disabling itself because of codes. Im gonna do another tuning session on the 8th and want to make sure what codes are safe enough to disable. Here are some examples of codes I'm pulling up:

1. P0068 Throttle Position and Engine load do not agree
2. P0101 MAP or MAF Sensor Condition
3. P0036 Oxygen Sensor heater condition
4. P2a00 Performance bank 1 sensor 1 Open loop condition due to no response

Can i disbale most of these codes? Any others that I should disable so the engine can run right without the pcm telling it not to?

You set it up like the lnf and have it vent it back into the intake after the maf but before the turbo
