Well, Jess & I swapped cars for a week and then her MAP sensor like exploded for no reason so i got a car that didnt run but main reason for the trade was to work on the car for her . I repainted her front bumper as anything would look better then what it was, Also vinyled her SS badges in pink, tinted her inners and side markers as well. Also completely detailed the inside of the car and it litterly looks brand new. Here are some pics Enjoy

cars look good i personally dont like the black one but to each there own. it looks like it needs a really good wax job. for some reason paint looks dull.

 

The design makes em look smaller than they are... They are 17's.

We have a very sexy plan for my stock rims... just have to save up money to buy some tires to fit the 18s.

Either way, it looks a million times better than it did before... It was peeling, had rock chips, the paint was so faded it was a dull flat black.. So I am super happy with the results.

 

how was it painted?

 

My X did a quick spray bomb job on it, 2 years ago, on the front section of the bumper when he filled in the holes from the emblem/license plate... looked ok but it was rushed and just got really beat over time..

 

im saying now how was it repainted?

 

4 cans of automotive paint, and 2 cans of clear. Wetsanded in between but i was in the middle of buffing in the pics which makes it look like it does.

 

it was rattlecanned?

 

yea it looks 100x better then it did and it will work till she can get a real paint job.

Yeah, for some reason last weekend my MAP sensor decided to break, and the lil nipple piece that goes in he S/C was missing (fell out somehow onto the driveway) and was blowing air out there.

You say that, but if you saw it, you cant even tell. It wasn't the whole bumper either. Just the center section (where the plate is mounted factory) needed the paint and he blended it in very well.

I dont have the money to spend a few hundred $$ to have it "professionally" done right now.
