Post up Your 08-09 LNF TRIFECTA Dyno Results
I have been contemplating getting tuned for a fiew weeks now and like the numbers hptuners is putting down but love the idea that TRIFECTA now has hide a tune and select a tune........ what kind of numbers are you guys putting down with Trifecta. Most everything i have read its only getting into the 280-290s to the wheels, and 300 with full boltons. why so low if thats the case?
P.S. : I have
HAHN Race craft cold air intake
Dejon BPV Spring Upgrade
ADM Catless Downpipe
Muffler Delete
For those that are going to say well it depends on your MODS i know this....man....
Bump damn no one with trifecta wanting to share their numbers?

ok soo since when can you make changes to a canned tune...
the range is usually between 270-310 on a trifecta tune with little to no mods ... usually they're 280-300 but i've seen cases that increase the spectrum

I think Vince is doing great work. If I didnt have the access to the tuner I have now I would definitly go his route. I believe his tunes are good and safe, nothing too out there thats why you wont see 380wtq probobly out of his tunes. im sure he can do it but im sure he likes to keep his tunes good and safe, curious to see if anyone asked him to really push one of his tunes though.
Right now on a Dyno tune im at 301/334. That took the guy 1 hour on his 1st LNF ever. Not too bad. Im curious too see what happens if I get a 3" Catless and give him another Hour. Otherwise im gonna head over to Onebadblueberry b/c he knows how to rock HP tuners like a champ

OMG people let this crap die already. every 5 sec there is some arguement about who makes more power. WHO GIVES A CRAP! they are both so close just get what you want. Stop sturring up the pot.
hp tuners > email tunes.. UNLESS hes in person tunning your car.. can you guys not read..? morons
I really dont care, I am not bashing trifeca in anyway so stop your crying. For the money its a good choice but if you have a way for a HP tune..go with that.
god kids on this site...
To get a good tune you need it dataloged/ dyno tuned. Tryfecta is a good tuning source, but canned tunes are not as good as a dyno tune for sure. If Vince tunes your car with a datalog your **** will be badass.
Here's the run-down...
1) You tell him what you're looking for.
2) He makes it and ships it.
3) You upload it.
4) You datalog it.
5) You send it back to him and he changes it based on your car it and he sends it back.
6) You upload it.
7) You datalog it. (repeat step 5-7 as needed)
8) You enjoy your great, customized tune.
There are several threads talking about people getting big gains each time they send in a datalog and get a better tune back that's been even more tailored to their specific car. The closest thing to "canned" would be the initial tune, but even that is made to order based on what you tell him you're wanting.

i guess i just dont really like the idea of the 200 dollar security deposit i understand he wants to cover his ass but damn 350 for the new tune and 200 security my chick sees that on the bank account shes gonna **** on me.
They've got all the hardware needed though, so no deposit.

That's where the numbers count.
