kids are taking well to the change. It's funny though, they try to talk to the german kids, and there is a huge language barrier. My kids are just like, "I keep talking louder but they don't talk back to me dad, why?"

I'm slowly learning german and teaching it to them.

my nickame Snuggs Schänke is partly from the name of a bar... Schänke 21 in Frankfurt... lol hahaha long story

 

yea, we are enjoying it a lot right now. We are just waiting on our household goods to arrive now. Thank god my shop here is SOOOOOO much better than the one at Offutt. I miss all my friends and the racing scene in Omaha, but damn, Offutt AFB was a **** hole.

I'm in Germany for at least 4 years. I'm on a 4yr extended long tour. But, I can extend up to another 3 years, which I think I might do.

I'm thinking of making it out to the Nurburgring next weekend, I'll have a ton of pics if I do of course. I can't wait to get the cobalt out here either and hit up the ring with it.

i had my car on the ring a few weeks ago and upgraded brakes and suspension is a must have. i could not go as fast as i wanted and got passed like crazy it was still a good time. the cars you see is worth the trip. you can go to ring-bilder.com click the British flag for English and look through the gallery i was up there on the 26th of July.

Whats the deal with taking a personal car around the ring? Do you need a close course license of some sort?

 

ditto. looks so nice. no one to bother you. alot better here around chicago where surrounded by neighbors.
