My buddy Kyle is selling is laser and wanted me to post it on these forums in case anyone was interested. If you have questions, you can PM me or AIM at JRusty311 and I will ask him. This is his exact post:

Well, time has finally come and I've been reluctant to sell my car, but with rising gas costs/deadbeat dad not paying child support and me driving as much as I do, I barely ever get to drive it anymore. I've met a lot of people through DSM's, and made a lot of friends, and I will still be posting on here. Some of you may remember me as boostlagged on the old forum. I would rather it go to someone here who enjoys these cars. I am asking $3000 but I can put the stock o2 housing back on and take the AFC II off to lower costs a bit. I would rather not get lowballed as I have put way more then $3000 into it.

Here's the info: I bought the car from John Nouri. The car was stock at the time except a turbo back exhaust, slight tint on windows and a brand new greddy type s bov (still even had sticker on it when I bought it). Most of my mods have less then 5000 miles on it. Car was always turbo timed. Body has 157k. I just did a compression test after its been sitting for 5 months and I still got 155 across all cylinders, I am sure I can get higher numbers with a fully charged battery. also the transmission shifts great!

18g turbo from FP(mint condition)
2.5 o2 dump
intake and free mods
engine rebuilt with balance shafts removed at 148k
2.5 turbo back exhaust
greddy type s bov
joe p mbc
egr blocked
safc2
gr2's all around
tires (yokohama avid vr-s with plenty of tread)
2 gauge pod on a pillar
phantom series boost gauge
phantom series a/f guage
cross drilled and slotted rotors up front
shifter bushings
act2100 clutch
k&n filter
bg synchroshift fluid in trans
pioneer dep3600 head unit
dash mounted tweeters
I'm also throwing in a short shifter I bought from v8killa

things replaced not too long ago:
o2 sensor
valve cover gasket
coolant hoses
ecu

things it needs:
front driver side axle (or both) should be replaced soon. I am including 2 axles I just bought from Muggus with the car.

this car has plenty of potential, it is truely a sleeper. I hope it will get a good home. Here are some pics

Sorry some of the pics its dirty, I kinda live in the sticks and theres always pollen and crap I have to clean off of it. The car is located in Manalapan and I am currently in New Brunswick at Rutgers for the next couple weeks until summer. I am willing to drive there and show it if anyone is interested. Hi, I just joined this forum because Jeff told me he posted it for sale. I know some of the post is out of context like John Nouri who owns Broadway Performance. If anyone has any questions feel free to contact me via my cell phone 732-580-0138 or via AIM: RotoRocker. Thanks guys and gals!

hmm maybe some people dont know what a Laser is. It is the same as an Eclipse or Talon. All the same thing except different taillights.

what kinda compression does it have? is it even across the board? idle surge? blowing the dipstick tube up? i know a few people who are looking for a decent DSM.

i will let him know you asked these questions since he doesn't frequen this board. he's usually on NJDSM. however, I lent him my tool to do a compression test and it was 165 on all four cylinders. no idle surge that i am aware of, nor does the dipstick blow out of the tube. the car is in good mechanical condition to the best of my knowledge, but i will tell him to post his thoughts as well.

Just saw the message. No dipstick problems ever, compression is good and even, idle surge may fluctuate a 100 rpms or so, its very minimal, but this is normal due to the free mods on the intake. The AFC II smoothes that out.
