Could be from instability in you suspension or an alignment problem check that stuff out.

What kind of wobble? does the front end vibrate do you feel in the steering wheel or the whole car?

How was the lowering done, just springs and how low?

When did the wobble start? after it was lowered or when you but wheels and tires
or did you do all that at once. If not can you put the original wheels on? that would help
eliminate that one part.

Did you lower it yourself or did a shop do it for you?

I just had my steering colum and steering shaft replaced under warrranty due to a rattle and bad vibration from the steering wheel. Does your steering feel loose/ sloppy?

if it started after the new wheels theres your answer most likely. Take off wheels, make sure rotor/drum retaining rings are removed from the wheel studs, they must be removed 99% of aftermarket wheels. If thats okay, make sure wheel mounting surfaces are clean, any centering rings of needed are in place then torque wheels to spec when reinstalling.
