It's too far away, not worth it. I was over there in Vallejo last weekend picking up Sportlines, I got them for $120 from a guy that used them for a couple weeks and traded his Cobalt for a Colorado.

And make sure the SS are the same size i had a lil difficulty with that lol. im not very good with photoshop. if he wants he can spice up the lettering a bit too. i just used plain word art nothing fancy

what about color scheme?

I think keep the text in red, and make the SS a chrome or reflective silver.

keep the star black but outline it with white

as for the material... anything that wont fade and is gonna stay :P

we can make the first batch with red, and later on we can give the option of changing the text color to match their car color.

i think die cut would be best..it looks professional and clean

yea well red goes good with virtually all colors. u could also say black but most peoples windows are tinted and thats not gonna work. thats why we need the black star outlined in white
