Dealing with other outfits through the 'net? Not much. Hit order button, watch cash disappear from account, and pray to God the right thing shows up at your door the next week. It's refreshing to deal with someone online who treats you just as if you physically walked into their shop. (Assuming they have good service there)

Hey, just wanted to say thanks to you guys as well, this post actually spawned a purchase tonight. Bought one of the ingalls dampers, from you guys, bad ass deal, and free shipping.
