I'm happy to say that I now have a near full line of Pad Wear Spacers for the most popular calipers used in the BBK line today. This includes the popular DP6 kits, FSL kits and DynaLite entry kits even!

Pad wear spacers are a simple but essential element of any BBK purchase. These plates are used as "shims" behind the brake pads as pad friction material wears down. The loss off material places the pistons out of the caliper body and can allow both exelerated pad tapering as well as piston binding. By fitting these spacers you have the pistons held in the caliper body deeper which ensures greater piston to wall compliance. It also prolongs caliper life by limiting piston exposure to damage and the possibiltiy of damage to the caliper body wall when the pistons be come cocked in the bore from over extension.

Cheap insurance and nearly unlimited use. All TCE plates are steel and zinc plated. Custom Stainless or Ti plates by special order for you hard core racers are available.
