I just got my Vibrant Header Jet Hot coated with their extreme sterling coating. It is good to 1700 degrees and should reduce the skin temps on the header by up to 400 degrees therefore reducing under the hood temps and maybe helping with some cylinder scavaging.
Here is a comparison of the Vibrant with the venerable stock manifold.

Pretty pricey, but I think it will be well worth it down the road. I wanted something a step above an ordinary ceramic coating. The Extreme Sterling set me back $240. For the Sterling silver (which is an even brighter finish) it should be about $200. That coating is good up to 1300 degrees and should show a skin temperature reduction of 300 degrees or so.
Like I said, its pretty expensive, but I think that it will prove its worth as the mod list grows.
