wtf did my posts get deleted?

KDW2's. They are fairly cheap around $160 each, great grip, last a while too. Rallyracer and myself hit 120mph in the rain with them leaving the last CED meet with no issue. I had them on the ms3...great tire.

track and street tires do not mix. You cannot get a good track tire that will be good on street.

Real track tire r compound will pick up every lose piece on the street and you will end up with a katamari looking tire. which in turn will not grip worth a **** on the street.

They're an ok tire.

The Star Specs are head and shoulders better in every situation.

1. the star specs are in a different category.
2. are you baising this off user reviews from TR? because I wouldnt believe those imo, its just a bunch of rice racers posting reviews that have zero idea on what they are talking about. Only that they bought this tire and they think in their own opinion "OMGZ its best tire ever, 5 stars!!!" doesnt make it good.
3. The OP should contact a TR rep and ask what they think is the best tire for their situation. I have a guy I call there all the time. Knows his ****.
4. the kdw2 isnt a track tire its a performance summer street tire and is fantastic.
5. all tires ive seen lack the stiff sidewall compared to stock. which sucks but you save money.

But like I said the star spec is in a different category tire.

kdw2 = ultra high performance summer
star spec = extreme performance summer

I believe you, you even have good rims...

Only negatory things about the Direzzas is they are a heavy tire.

Negate it with light rims
